Sabre Freshers Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should be passed Bachelors Degree from recognized university / board.

• Proven experience communicating and collaborating between and with both technical and customer audiences at various levels of technical experience
• Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements to both technical and layperson
• Experience in e-commerce and web-oriented technology products as well as usage of web analytics to make informed decisions in one of the following domain or vertical industries: Retail, Travel and/or Hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and projects concurrently
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and time-management skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong penchant for attention to detail, accuracy, and impeccable follow-through
• Minimum three (3) years of Ecommerce Business Analyst or similar role, including five (5) years of working experience

Preferred experience

• Previous Hospitality Experience, travel industry experience helpful
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, and third parties to deliver and manage implementation of high impact solutions
• Knowledge of standard project management and/or software development methodology; PMP certification a plus
• Master’s degree or similar graduate degree a plus
• Multi-lingual a plus

• Works directly with customers eCommerce Business teams or contracted vendors, Project/Program Managers and eCommerce IT team members as appropriate, to define the scope of the project and execute accordingly
• Meets periodically with the customer to review project health and actively remove barriers to success
• Coordinates activities and facilitates conversations between the customer’s Development Company and our Certification Team
• Follows up with customers and third-party vendors pre-and-post cutover
• Ensures communication is aligned amongst our internal teams to ensure a consistent message is delivered to our customers
• Acts as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SynXis Booking Engine and its configuration for Sabre Delivery teams
• Uses technical tools (Postman for HTTP POST) when implementing SSO to demo/test Login API and in obtaining API Key for Booking Engine Widgets
• Participates and conduct demos, workshops, design reviews, and helps plan the execution and transition to support for newly implemented solutions
• Consults customers in booking engine configurations, data and analytics, reporting and solution performance evaluations
• Collaborates with the Product team to understand new offerings and requirements for eCommerce solutions, to uncover system defects and report them for resolution, and to be the voice of customers for new enhancements
