what you will do
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media, offering clear, timely, and accurate information about products and services.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues to track complaints and resolutions.
- Service Improvement: Identify trends and work with management to improve customer service processes.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Slice’s products, services, and policies to provide the best customer support.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and respect.
- Follow-Up: Ensure issues are fully resolved, with follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Proven background in customer service or support, ideally within fintech or financial services.
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer support platforms (Freshdesk) and CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
