Job Description
- Support UX designers in creating wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes for features across EA titles and platforms.
- Assist in conducting user research, playtests, and usability studies to gather insights into player behavior and needs.
- Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Game Design, UI Art, Engineering, Product) to ensure a cohesive and consistent player experience.
- Explore innovative UX solutions tailored to gaming experiences, balancing usability, accessibility, and fun.
- Document and present design concepts, player insights, and recommendations to the team.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Strong interest in UX design within games and familiarity with game design principles.
- Basic understanding of the design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar).
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, playtesting).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A player-first mindset with the ability to think critically about gameplay experiences.
- Portfolio (academic or personal projects) that demonstrates design thinking and problem-solving skills.
