• Manage inbound calls/emails; log enquiries in CRM
• Create, validate and manage sales orders and allocations in SAP
• Monitor open orders, backorders and GOL release; coordinate with logistics and channel teams
• Execute order changes, cancellations, returns and credits as per SOP
• Perform daily reconciliations, billing triggers and Excel-based reporting
• Identify defects, drive process improvements and support UAT
• (Lead Associate) Handle escalations, mentor team members and ensure process compliance
