Responsibilities 

Technology Implementation Support

• Assist in the deployment and rollout of new technology solutions and applications.
• Support configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Coordinate with business teams to collect requirements and document processes.
• Track implementation activities and maintain project documentation.

User Training & Adoption

• Conduct end-user training sessions for new applications and systems.
• Create user guides, training materials, FAQs, and quick-reference documents.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and suggest improvements for training effectiveness.

Technology Support

• Provide first-level technical support to business users.
• Log, track, and resolve user issues related to applications, devices, and business systems.
• Escalate complex issues to internal technology teams or vendors.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain knowledge repositories and support documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on support metrics, training activities, and user feedback.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and support processes.
• Assist in testing enhancements and new feature releases.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and business applications.

Qualification & Skills Required

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital tools, and business applications.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
