Zydus Walkin Interview – Key Responsibilities
- Support user management activities as per IT and CSV SOPs.
- Assist with activation, reset, modification, and deactivation of system user access.
- Support preparation and maintenance of User Access Matrix and Privilege Rights Matrix.
- Assist in application‑wise user access documentation.
- Support preparation and periodic updates of IT SOPs.
- Assist in software and system qualification activities under guidance (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Support IT QMS activities including Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Incidents, and SOP documentation.
- Assist in backup and restoration activities.
- Support audit preparation, periodic reviews, and compliance activities.
- Learn CSV concepts, regulatory expectations, and IT compliance practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and report observations to senior team members.
