Responsibilities

• Support configuration, setup, monitoring, and documentation tasks for Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching deployments under the guidance of senior team members.
• Gather data, prepare project reports, and assist with system testing and analysis to inform problem resolution – using automation and AI tools to improve quality and speed.
• Help set up basic lab environments to replicate customer issues and validate solutions.
• Build foundational skills in clear, professional documentation — using automation scripts and AI-assisted tools, with appropriate validation.
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to a repository of best practices and lessons learned.

Qualification & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent of 2 years of related experience).
• Active CCNA certification.
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing and switching basics).
• Exposure to Cisco IOS / IOS-XE through coursework, labs, or internships.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
