| Educational Qualification - The Candidate Should have M.Sc (Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science) / M. Tech (Materials Science, Nanoscience and Technology) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University / Board

Salary - The IIT Hyderabad Junior Research Fellow Pay Scale of Rs.31000/- Per month
|
Age Limit - Maximum Age : 28 years
