- An operations associate will assist and coordinate the operations of the Learning Department and will be responsible for accomplishing students experience, engagement and placements.
- They will function within the department to ensure smooth running of set operational processes.
- The role requires proactive communication, quick execution & improvising to bolster batch performance.
Responsibilities – Newton School Recruitment for Freshers 2024
- Connecting with students daily to drive learning outcomes
- Own a batch of students (250-300) end-to-end
- Make sure that students are adhering to set objectives – attending lectures, giving assignments, assessments and contests
- Make sure that student experience is maintained in and outside the batch
- Make sure that student escalations are being handled within TAT
- Run experiments in batches as mandated by projects team
- Give user feedback to product team
- Every Week review scorecards of students and give feedback in 1:1 sessions in person
- If revision classes are required, or pace needs to be changed – discuss and execute along with the concerned teams
