| Educational Qualification - The Candidate Should have M Tech in ECE /EI / CSE and should have GATE/CSIR-UGC NET/ qualified. Throughout First Class in academic career is preferred.

Salary - The NIT Silchar Junior Research Fellow Pay Scale of Rs 31,000/- per month for first two years & Rs 35000/- for last one year.

Age Limit - Maximum Age : 35 years
- SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD/EWS candidates will get relaxation as per Govt of India Rules.
