Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Design and develop web and console applications based on business requirements.
• Create and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or SSRS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design, develop, and enhance ERP screens and functionalities.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications and database components.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to the reporting manager.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Proficiency in SQL programming using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of database concepts such as tables, joins, indexes, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of developing stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of .NET for web or console application development.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub.
• Exposure to or experience with ERP systems (e.g., Ramco or similar platforms).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience Level Expectations

• 0–2 Years (Junior Engineer): Focus on learning, supporting development activities, and handling basic tasks under guidance.
• 2–4 Years (Engineer): Expected to independently handle development tasks, contribute to design, and manage moderate to complex requirements
