Educational Qualifications
- The candidate should be passed BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from recognized university / board.
What you will do – Sophos Job Openings Bangalore
- Act as the IT SME for Exchange On-Premise and Exchange Online technology stacks and corporate email flow
- Be the SME and technical owner for global Email delivery across Exchange Online and On-Premise, relays (AWS SES), and email security which uses Sophos Central Mail
- You will be project owner for key collaboration projects
- Provide governance and reporting on health of technically owned systems
- You will contribute to the governance and management of other collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
- Manage the environment through PowerShell, Power Automate, or an equivalent technology
- Communicate and deliver O365 roadmap improvements to the Sophos organisation
- Support and train peers and junior engineers in your area of expertise
- You will be part of the Oncall rota, which is typically 1 week in 4
What you will bring – Sophos IT Cloud Engineer Jobs 2024
- In depth knowledge of Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premise
- SME on email delivery, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email relay
- Experience in managing Exchange Hybrid environments, and migrating from On-Premise exchange to Office365
- Governance and administration for O365, Zoom is desirable
- Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following technologies
- Microsoft Azure AD / EntraID
- Office 365 suite of applications outside of Exchange
- Must have experience leading projects that delivered large scale infrastructure improvements
- Must have experience in governance for Office 365, setting and reporting on policy health
- Must be comfortable delivering training, presentations, and content to large audiences
- Must be a team player and have passion for technology
- Experience providing technical input into multiple projects
- Ability to produce high quality technical documentation including
- Standard operating procedures
- Knowledge base articles
- Detailed troubleshooting documentation
