• Responsible for Stores capacity analysis and Safety stock fixation as per ABC classification.
• Inventory Management and replenishing the stores safety stock as per the safety norms
• Cogi Monitoring & clearance.
• Cycle count process execution & stock adjustment with RCA.
• Responsible for Sub-contract reconciliation.
• Gate entry & GRN reconciliation.
• Responsible for RGP / RTV / MDR monitoring.
• Stock adherence for critical parts.
• On time stock posting in the system.
• Scrap disposal knowledge
