Job Description – Universal Robots Application Support Engineer Jobs 2023
- Educate market on collaborative robots and applications
- Conduct application POC(proof of concepts) and line walks
- Provide Application Simulations and recommendations
- Manage customer relations
- Provide trainings
- Provide product and application consultation
- Assist in parts replacements when required.
- Basic repair of robot joints
- Perform application analysis on failure and provide recommendations for improvements reports.
- Provide application and robot support onsite
- Manage customers support cases via CRM platform
Experience & Skills Required – Universal Robots Off Campus Recruitment 2023
The job demands that you have documented practical experience with Automation and Robot applications. To gain success in the job it is important that you are outgoing, and service minded. You should have experience from a support department – preferably with experience within diagnosis and debugging. Furthermore, you have experience with technical training and customer visits.
