- Manage inbound calls/emails; log enquiries in CRM
- Create, validate and manage sales orders and allocations in SAP
- Monitor open orders, backorders and GOL release; coordinate with logistics and channel teams
- Execute order changes, cancellations, returns and credits as per SOP
- Perform daily reconciliations, billing triggers and Excel-based reporting
- Identify defects, drive process improvements and support UAT
