Responsibilities 

• Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel such as flights, accommodation, transfers, insurance, forex and visa requirements to meet the specific needs of management and employees.
• Organize meetings and events in coordination with teams including sourcing, negotiating and recommending hotel, venue and event services, within agreed parameters; liaise with internal and external resources as appropriate.
• Draft invitations and event correspondence.
• Prepare and update meeting and event forecasts against budget; monitor spend; identify variances and escalate in a timely manner.
• Provide onsite support for meetings and events.
• Contribute to the change agenda and implement agreed changes in line.
• Perform and manage general office tasks and administrative duties.
• Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• 0 to 1 years of experience in travel booking and administrative duties
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of general administrative operations, international and domestic ticketing, hotel and car booking, visa, passport etc
• Fluency in English: able to deliver messages effectively verbally and in writing.
