Job Role 

• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to process, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. Google Analytics, BigQuery, Salesforce, Eloqua, Internal databases).
• Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, paid advertisement, leads, and conversion metrics.
• Identify, monitor, and troubleshoot data collection and tracking issues to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with the Power BI team to develop dashboards and visual reports that communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define clear and comprehensive requirements.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, preferably BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with any programming skills (Python, R, Java Script, C++, VBA etc.) is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Experience working with large data models and generating actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
