Responsibilities

• Provision accuracy and upkeep of Resource Planning documents and working file.
• Creating and maintaining accurate colleague data for Time Worked and Skill matrix.
• Maintenance of Accuracy of data within capacity plans to include historical data and future forecast.
• Capacity plan data to include workload volumes, time taken, people, shrinkage, attrition, occupancy, and future hire requirements.
• Working closely with Global resource Planning Team to support all Resource Planning activities.
• Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques.
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed Key Performance Indicators / Objectives.
• Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work.
• Responsible and accountable for primary area of business and act as a secondary support to other areas as required.
• Quipped with Advanced Excel and Logical Reasoning skills.

Qualification & Skills Required

• A candidate with a good analytical ability, good communication skills and problem solving ability is preferred.
