Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing of medical instruments and associated software. Willingness to perform Manual , Automation , Instrumentation & Performance Testing.
- Support execution of test cases, test plans, and validation protocols
- Assist in verification and validation (V&V) activities for medical devices
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
- Support automation of test scenarios, where applicable
- Work with cross-functional teams .
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, FDA-related practices as applicable)
- Document test results, observations, and deviations in a structured manner
- Assist in troubleshooting issues observed during testing and validation phases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
Qualification & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in:
o Computer Science
o Information Science
o Information Technology
o Electronics & Communication
- Strong academic background
- Basic understanding of software testing principles or electronics fundamentals
Required Skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail (critical for testing and validation work)
- Basic programming knowledge (C/C++/Python/Java) is a plus
- Understanding of testing concepts (manual testing, test cases, defect tracking)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated medical device environment
