Responsibilities 

• Design and implement AI-led automation solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks
• Build cloud-native data pipelines and automation workflows on GCP (BigQuery, Composer, Dataflow)
• Identify automation opportunities across finance processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Lead end-to-end delivery: solution design, development, UAT, deployment, and scaling
• Develop reusable AI components, prompts, and automation frameworks
• Drive innovation through POCs on emerging AI technologies and scale successful use cases
• Partner with business and technology teams to define automation roadmaps and ensure adoption
• Enable self-serve analytics and AI insights for finance stakeholders
• Lead team of consultants

Qualification & Skills Required 

• 0-3 years of Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation use cases
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering concepts
• Experience with ETL, orchestration tools, or workflow automation platforms
• Understanding of finance processes (GL, reporting, reconciliations, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive end-to-end delivery independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to finance automation / reporting transformation initiatives will be a plus
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks or advanced LLM applications will be a plus
• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience building AI-powered dashboards or monitoring solutions will be a plus
