- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective customers in consultation with the sales team.
- Greet and assist customers during site visits, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Provide project information, brochures, and other marketing materials to visiting customers.
- Liaise with the facility/operations team to ensure the site is well-maintained and presentable before each visit.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits (customer details, feedback, visit outcomes).
- Track and report site visit metrics to the sales manager regularly.
- Handle follow-up communication with customers after visits, if required.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to site visits (vehicle coordination, visitor passes, refreshments, etc.).
