Responsibilities – CDK Global Off Campus 2026
- Creates case logs, record information, establish resolution time, follow up on issues, and escalate complex issues
- Assesses issues and establish a course of action to guide the client/associate to timely resolution of inquiry
- Troubleshoots network problems and implements corrective action
- Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendors.
- Practically applies knowledge of CDK case resolution process, policies, and escalation methodology
- Provides other ad hoc support and duties as assigned
- Works in an environment with competing priorities
- Provide 24x7x365 rotational support of production systems and services
- Document and improve the CDK Hosting IT knowledge management system
Qualification & Skills Required – CDK Global Off Campus 2026
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role preferably next gen WAN technology like SDWAN
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching – Preferably on Cisco
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal) – Mandatory
- College degree in a technical field or equivalent work/industry related experience
- Scripting knowledge – Python
- Ability to work in a high-volume, complex, diverse environment to match a fast paced organization
- Strong focus on supporting the business customers
- Good understanding of networking/network concepts
- Practical experience in a NOC/Managed Services environment
- Industry certification like CCNA preferred
