Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within SLA.
- Analyze logs (Log4j, Splunk) and debug code to identify root causes.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Support deployments and follow SDLC and CI/CD processes.
- Monitor batch jobs using scheduling tools.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
Qualification & Skills RequiredÂ
- Strong knowledge of Java.
- Good knowledge of SQL/Oracle.
- Basic understanding of Angular.
- Hands-on experience in L2 application/production support.
- Experience with log analysis tools (Log4j, Splunk).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud environments.
- Experience with job scheduling tools.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
