Responsibilities – Fujitsu Off Campus 2026
- Manage end to end of lifecycle of IT asset from requisition to disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets across the repositories & tools (Service Now CMDB).
- Work closely with vendor for addressing warranties & insurance claims.
- Responsible for maintaining up to date inventory of all IT assets with their precise location & assignment details.
- Ensure assets are tagged when inducted and corresponding records are updated in CMDB/Fixed asset register.
- Manage inventory of desktops, laptops, desk phone, mobile phones, desk monitors, consumables, etc. with accuracy.
- Dispose obsolete assets through e-waste process within regulatory & STPI guidelines.
- Assist with procurement of IT hardware asset as per business requirements.
- Asset Ageing report and publishing business case for asset replacement (hardware tech refresh).
- Prepare early budget for IT Hardware Asset Refresh.
- Reconciliation of assets across Asset Management Tool, CMDB, Fixed Asset Register & Physical inventories.
- Monitor allocation procedures i.e., allocation, receipt, internal transfer and ensure transactions are updated in tools.
- Manage receipt of IT assets into the organization.
- Publish monthly asset status report with status of in use, in stock, obsolete, disposed and corrective plans.
- Manage IT storeroom and ensure assets are always maintained in a safe & organized manner.
- Assist with internal and external vendor audits of IT assets.
- Work closely with support teams and manage IT assets of remote location.
- Maintain inventory of consumables/peripheral items with defined stock levels
- Conduct physical verification of IT asset and publish reports.
- Act as point of contact for all stakeholders for IT related requirements
