Responsibilities  – Genpact Off Campus Drive 2025

• Technical Accounting & Processing – Handle end-to-end processing of technical statements of account (SoA) for premiums, claims, and risk transactions across all reinsurance businesses
• Contract Setup & Interpretation – Review and interpret reinsurance contracts, wordings, and slips to accurately set up treaty and facultative agreements in operational systems
• Financial Booking & Reconciliation – Record and reconcile financial transactions related to premiums, claims, recoveries, and brokerage in accordance with contract terms and accounting policies
• Reinsurance Calculations – Perform complex calculations including reinstatement premiums, profit commissions, sliding scale adjustments, and no-claims bonuses
• Cash & Receivables Management – Manage unallocated cash and aged receivable clearance, ensuring timely identification, matching, and resolution of outstanding items
• Stakeholder & Broker Engagement – Liaise with brokers, reinsurers, and internal finance/underwriting teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Reporting & Controls – Support management and regulatory reporting needs, maintain audit trails, and ensure compliance with internal controls and reinsurance governance standards
• Continuous Improvement & Controls – Strengthen process controls, identify automation opportunities, and drive consistency and efficiency across Reinsurance operations

Qualification & Skills Required  – Genpact Jobs in Noida 2025

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
• Relevant years of experience in managing Reinsurance Operations processes
• Proven experience within Re-Insurance domain preferably Assumed business
• Experience in working with SICS system would be added advantage
