Responsibilities – Genpact Off Campus 2026
- Manage operational activities of payroll and timekeeping.
- Management of data and payroll processing services to ensure that all employees get the payments timely and correctly.
- Manage Payroll inputs and Gross to Net processing
- Payroll processing, reconciliation, validation and disbursement
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
- Validation of all payments and deductions and improve accuracy.
- Payroll reporting, post payroll and year end activities
- Support the internal/external teams/vendors with payroll reports.
- Support employees on their payroll related queries through emails and tickets.
Qualification & Skills Required – Genpact Off Campus 2026
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee queries
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications/ Skills
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) and ADP is an added advantage
- Green belt / Lean Six sigma certified would be preferred.
