 Responsibilities 

• Candidates must be flexible enough to learn any tools/technology if he/she is unaware of & start supporting that application/process.
• If a candidate gets selected, then he/she will get an opportunity to support both On-premises & Cloud (GCP) based applications & processes.
• Candidates must be a good learner and get knowledge of an existing system quickly and start supporting.
• Candidates will get an opportunity to work on continuous improvement or automation to get rid of manual tasks/processes.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Candidates must have a minimum 16 years of education, BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or similar.
• Candidate must be having between 0-1 years of professional IT Production support experience
• Candidates must be willing to learn new technologies and have flexibility to work in a production support with below technical skill sets.
• Good Python knowledge
• SQL/PLSQL knowledge & can write queries
• UNIX basic scripting / Commands
• Any scheduling tool knowledge (Good if knows CTM/Composer/$U)
• Can write SQL queries to debug , code and support
• Must be flexible to work in Production support
