Responsibilities – Goldman Sachs Off Campus Drive 2025
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the firm’s global operational resilience framework, specifically supporting the resilience testing workflow to ensure a front-to-back approach to operational readiness and response to business disruption events
- Performing scenario testing across of Important Business Service to assess current state and identify vulnerabilities.
- Designing and delivering desktop-based scenario testing exercises which include stakeholders from technology services and third-party suppliers
- Conduct Review and Challenge Sampling Process on operational resilience plans and related testing exercises as part of the resilience team.
- Ensuring any vulnerabilities and actions identified during scenario testing or lessons learned exercises are agreed with owners and documented and achieved in good time.
Qualification & Skills Required – Goldman Sachs Freshers Recruitment 2025
- Knowledge of Operational Resilience or Business Continuity desirable
- 0-2 years’ experience in Operational Resilience
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx experience
- Ability to interpret complex systems and processes
- An understanding of resilience testing requirements
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
