Job Description 

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of automation solutions for manufacturing processes, including robotic systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
• Support the installation, calibration, and maintenance of automation equipment and instrumentation.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic activities on automated systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including schematics, operating procedures, and reports.
• Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and process deviations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all automation projects.
• Provide basic technical support and training to production personnel on automated equipment.
• Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies for potential application in manufacturing.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an automation or manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Basic understanding of PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, Universal Robots) is a plus.
• Knowledge of sensor technologies, motor controls, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Basic experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
