Qualification & Skills Required 

• Having relevant work experience of 0-3 Yrs
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and process reengineering
• Skilled in stakeholder interviews, workflow modeling, and impact assessments
• Familiarity with ISO standards from a business alignment perspective
• Proficient in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, and change impact documentation
