ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Onboarding:Â Assist in preparing welcome kits and setting up orientation schedules
- Database Management:Â Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) to ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Engagement:Â Help brainstorm and execute team-building events, internal newsletters, and wellness initiatives.
- Scheduling Skip Level Meetings:Â Intern will help me in scheduling skip level meetings at the site
- Coordinating in Exit Interviews:Â Conducting Exit Interviews.
Qualification & Skills RequiredÂ
- Education: Recently completed MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration preferrably from a good and reputed colleges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Good Attitude, Empathy and active listening
- Organization: Ability to multitask and stay organized when things get busy.
