Responsibilities – PropertyGuru Off Campus 2026

• Collaborating with the People Analytics team to analyze people data and provide insights that influence key business decisions.
• Preparing regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and diversity using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Utilizing Workday Report Writer to create, modify, and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making within HR.
• Leveraging Python for predictive analytics to forecast trends and improve workforce planning.
• Developing clear and effective data visualizations that make complex information accessible for stakeholders.
• Supporting data requests from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Data Integrity: Monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the quality of data used for analysis and reporting.

Qualification & Skills Required – PropertyGuru Off Campus 2026

• Experience in a data analysis or analytics role, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer is preferred: Ability to generate and modify reports in Workday to support workforce planning and HR decision-making.
• Knowledge of HR processes is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
