Job Role & Responsibilities 

• Actively engage and demonstrate learning attitude in the first 1-year training program
• Leverage trainings and job rotation opportunities, by developing and demonstrating your capabilities in the rotation program
• After the 1-year training program, you will choose any of the following functions as your career path & gets placed in that function

1. Automation Project Engineering
2. Automation Field Services Engineering
3. Cyber & Network Project Engineer
4. Manufacturing Operations Management/Information Solutions Engineer
5. Technical Proposal Engineer

• After choosing the specific function, your roles & responsibilities may vary based on the function you chose as your career path, some of those major responsibilities may include the following…

1. Support manufacturing industries in their innovate, Design, Operate & Maintain lifecycle phases.
2. Visit to manufacturing industries to delivery projects or services
3. Develop & Delivery Digital Transformation solution to manufacturing industries
4. Cybersecurity & Network solutions to industries for secure & sustainable operations
5. Automation products & software project programming and commissioning
6. Automation products & software services including troubleshooting and maintenance
7. Automation / MES Project Design & Development

Qualification & Skills Required 

• B.E. graduates from the 2025 batch specializing in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Fresh graduate / Less than 12 months experience in the field
• Adequate knowledge of core Electrical and Electronics engineering concepts.
• Basic understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and programming languages e.g. C, C++ etc.
• After completing training, candidates will be expected to visit customer sites for industrial automation project implementation
• Candidates must be available to join the organization within 60 days (tentatively by 15th March 2026)
• The role requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
