Responsibilities 

• Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Fulfilment centres processes
• Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
• Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI’s for self and sub ordinates
• Develop, monitor and adjust planning paramaeters to improve planning systems
• Maintain all types of trackers/dashboards used within the Fulfilment centres to ensure colleagues are at the right hour at the right place all the time through effective forecasting and solutions
• Work closely with Fulfilment Centre operations teams, site managers, and head office teams to align flow planning requirements, optimize processes, and ensure smooth flow of day-to-day operations in fulfilment centres.
• Safeguard company assets and maintain trust with stakeholders by implementing strong internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify process gaps and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and improve overall effectiveness.
• Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
• Delivering operational critical metrics at the encouraged quality and accuracy levels by adhering to the quality framework
• Keeping self up to date with process change

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Basic MS Office – Excel,
• Graduate experience in area of warehouse or capacity planning Speed and Accuracy
• Specialization in Supply chain and logistics preferably Active Listening
• 0-2 Years of Planning role and supply chain experience English Speaking, Reading and Writing
