Job RoleÂ
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Support in audit processes (internal and external audits)
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and documentation management
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for finance-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
