Responsibilities
- Monthly development of headcount and financial forecasting, comparison of actuals, forecast and budget,
- Regular interface with senior management to explain their cost development and answer detailed questions on cost movements and expectations,
- Impact analysis of billing methodology and other service management matters,
- All other business management activities, including governance and being a go-to person for senior management, requiring in depth knowledge of areas of responsibility.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out) while still being a team player
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel, Power Bi will be an asset
