Job Role & ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support lead generation activities through digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Content Development
- Develop digital content for social media platforms
- Assist in creating customer success stories, dealer stories, and product-related content.
- Coordinate with design agencies for creative development.
- Website & SEO Support
- Support website content updates and maintenance.
- Assist in SEO activities to improve website visibility.
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.
 Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing dashboards.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Track leads generated through digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Dealer & Customer Engagement
- Support digital initiatives involving dealers and key customers.
Desired Qualification RequiredÂ
- BBA Marketing, Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
- Eligible for apprenticeship under NATS.
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing and Brand Communication.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing personal, academic, or internship-related digital marketing projects will be an advantage.
