Responsibilities 

• Strong quantitative background with a degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or another numerically intensive discipline.
• For Engineering and Statistics graduates, coursework in Finance, Risk Management, Statistical Modelling, or related subjects is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CQF, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to apply numerical analysis, statistics, and financial mathematics techniques to real-world business challenges.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of C++, Java, or C# is considered an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team-oriented environment to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills, with the ability to present information in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and quantitative analyses to non-technical audiences in a simple and intuitive way.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of new initiatives and responsibilities.
• Skilled in providing and receiving constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and professional development.
• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining quality standards in analysis and reporting.
