Responsibilities
- Technology team member with Maersk EAM team for finance & tax platform
- Work closely with Solution Architect and Senior Engineers for design and build work in SAP EAM area
- Help create / execute test scripts for EAM product
- Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; owning user stories for the config and development process.
- Contribute to developing platform and agile practices across Maersk
- Responsible for delivery of assigned stories till production and supporting during hyper care of same
- Provide ideas to optimize End to End SAP S/4 EAM/ SSAM and Plant Maintenance related processes for Maersk entities
- Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core S/4 EAM and SSAM solutions to ensure it works seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot incidents and do problem management for S4 EAM and SSAM applications.
Qualification & Skills RequiredÂ
- Proven Experience working as SAP EAM engineer with 2-5 years of experience.
- Working experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as EAM Engineer.
- In depth domain knowledge in the asset management process and SAP EAM module
- Experience in working with EAM business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
- Experience with S4HANA implementation is must
- Experience in modules of SAP EAM, SAP PM, SSAM, and integration experience with SAP MM & FICO
- Certification in S/4HANA Asset Management will be an advantage
- Experience in data migration of EAM/PM objects
- Experience in AI and robotics will be an advantage
- Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
- Good problem solving & communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering operations or IT related discipline
- Collaborative mindset across business functions
- Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
