Job Role  – Deloitte Job Openings for Freshers 2026

• Coordinating with stakeholders to obtain timely and accurate payroll inputs.
• Collating, validating, and reviewing payroll inputs for employees in line with firm policies and guidelines.
• Validating payroll reports and reconciling payroll data with master files.
• Supporting audit, tax compliance, financial reporting, and payroll documentation activities.
• Monitoring payroll and statutory updates and helping improve payroll processes and controls.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience in India payroll processing, payroll accounting, data maintenance, and regulatory compliances.
• Knowledge of India tax and statutory compliances.
• Experience validating payroll reports and reconciling payroll data with master files.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Experience preparing process documentation and supporting payroll controls.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting audit, tax compliance, or financial reporting activities.
• Knowledge of auditing and internal control standards.
• Experience preparing management reporting or ad hoc payroll reports.
