Responsibilities – Emerson Off Campus 2026
Invoice Management:
-
Assume responsibility for MEA Region invoice generation and submission for all of Flow Controls key customers.
-
Review contracts & orders received from LBP/Sales and ensure the invoices are aligned.
-
Load & manage invoices into customer financial sites.
-
Co-ordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure the shipment has been delivered as per the INCO- terms.
-
Review documentation provided by Shipping Team and submit to customer if required, along with the invoice.
-
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.
Documentation:
-
Ensure that necessary docs of invoice and supporting documents are submitted to customer.
-
Ensure necessary records are kept of the invoice submission.
Dispute Resolution:
-
Resolve issue with payment collection discrepancy and workcollaboratively with Finance, Sales and Local Business Partner/Customer.
Quality:
-
Make recommendations to eliminate non-value-added activities
Qualification & Skills Required – Emerson Off Campus 2026
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Commerce, Accounts etc).
- Administration & Organizational skills
- Technologically skills (Power App, Power BI, Data analytics etc)
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Excellent command on Spoken & Written EnglishÂ
