Responsibilities – Genpact Off Campus 2026
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and loading.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and performance tuning measures for reliable pipelines.
- Collaborate with BI, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient and secure data flow.
- Monitor database performance and proactively resolve issues related to indexing, query execution, or storage.
- Create documentation, data dictionaries, and technical specifications for new or enhanced data processes.
- Support migration initiatives, system upgrades, and the integration of new data sources.
Qualification & Skills Required – Genpact Off Campus Freshers Recruitment 2026
- BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
- Strong experience in SQL & Relational Database.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, indexing).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory & Databricks.
- Stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts (ER diagrams, normalization).
- Basic exposure to data warehousing, star/snowflake schema.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD basics for data processes.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimizing ETL pipelines.
