Responsibilities – HP Off Campus 2026

• Supports achievement of the hiring targets for their sub-region, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
• Engages in a component of the staffing process within the sub-region on areas of sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer letter creation, and relocation facilitation.
• Coordinates with managers throughout the hiring process to ensure that needs are met and escalates issues to the appropriate resource.
• Develops an understanding of the organization’s business and region, as well as the external market for talent.
• Represents the organization as an employer of choice by promoting its brand and values to potential candidates and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage candidates, including job postings, social media campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
• Facilitates the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and providing support during the onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Initiates contact with candidates to screen and assess candidates on required qualifications ,cultural fit and refers them for further interviews.

Qualification & Skills Required – HP Jobs in Bangalore 2026

• Four-year Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field.
