Responsibilities 

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Document and report non-conformances, participate in root cause analysis, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presenting findings to senior quality engineers or management.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering data and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Participate in the training of production personnel on quality standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and quality system activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and systems.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field) or a technical diploma with equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
• Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.egu
