Responsibilities 

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of automation solutions, including robotics, PLCs, and other control systems.
• Support the installation, calibration, and maintenance of automation equipment.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated systems and machinery.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to gather requirements and develop technical specifications for automation projects.
• Document automation processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Assist in performing root cause analysis for automation-related problems and implement corrective actions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards in the execution of automation tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the automation department.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial automation components such as sensors, actuators, and vision systems.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
