Responsibilities 

• In depth knowledge of DFT concepts including DFT(scan/mbist) insertion
• ATPG pattern generation/verification, mbist verification • Familiarity with IEEE 1149, 1500, 1687 standards
• Perform ATPG on the chip top level and capable of debugging any implementation issues
• Perform timing and no-timing simulation and validations
• Perform verification and validation on the generated patterns and debug any pattern mismatches
• Knowledge on the scripting language like TCL, Python and /or  Perl is preferred

Qualification & Skills Required 

• M.Tech/M.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 0 to 2 years of experience and hands-on in DFT
• Good knowledge on Digital Electronics and CMOS Technologies
• Good Problem solving skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively on a team and independently
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies
• Good communication skills with professional ethics
