Job Description

• Make enhancements to existing software applications.
• Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
• Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
• Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
• Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
• Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
• Provide support for software releases.
• Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.

Qualification Required 

Bachelor’s Degree or above in one of the following

• Computer Science
• Computer Engineering
• Software Engineering
• Computer Applications
• Computer Information Systems
• Information Technology
• Information Systems

Skills Required:

• SQL, PL-SQL, Database Management Systems, Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), Debugging, Version Control (Git), Unit Testing, Data Analysis,

Soft Skills:

• Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Communication, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Time Management, Continuous Learning, Mentorship (even if basic, ability to help peers)

Good to have:

• Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, DA2), CCL, Healthcare Workflow
