Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Prepare clear and structured documentation such as:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Process flows
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs with business and technical teams
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements
- Support solution design discussions and provide functional inputs
- Participate in and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Assist QA team on test scenarios and test cases
- Assist users during testing
- Track and validate defect resolution
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain proper documentation and version control
Qualification & Skills RequiredÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Understanding of business analysis fundamentals
- Understanding of requirement gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with BRD, FRD, and UAT processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environment (preferred)
