- Participate in Siemens In vitro Diagnostics (IVD) product design & development
- Feasibility evaluation and software/ hardware workflow optimization
- Requirement Analysis, design and development of instrument software for different Analyzers
- Diagnostics Analyzer software – Design and execute verification & validation as per clinical lab workflows
- Define the test strategy
- Design and execute test cases
- Test automation
- Prepare the test reports
- Assay – Qualification and validation
- Analytical performance evaluation
- Validation of regulatory requirements
- Diagnostics Analyzer instruments – Manage and maintain, innovative value additions
- Scheduled preventive maintenance
- Periodic quality control verification
- Innovative ways to improve the operational efficiency and throughput.
- HW Obsolescence – Track and determine the replacement and perform qualification
- Track the component list and identify those reaching EOL or vendor status changes
- Ascertain a substitute supplier or component that satisfies the functional requirements.
- Qualify the component and release to SAP.
