Responsibilities – SixSense Off Campus 2026

• Respond to customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve platform-related problems, including bugs and operational interruptions.
• Analyze logs, monitor system health, and use debugging tools to identify root causes.
• Develop any customisation requirements for customers.
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product, to resolve critical issues.
• Document common issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Proactively suggest improvements to system stability and user experience.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding issue resolution progress.
• Maintain SLAs for response and resolution times.

Qualification & Skills Required – SixSense Off Campus 2026

• 2+ years of experience in backend development or technical support.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with Python and at least one database like PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Linux and Docker.
• Familiarity with logs, monitoring systems, and debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation for issue resolution.

Nice to haves

• Prior experience in SaaS product support or working in a startup environment.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment models.
• Experience with Django and observability tools (Signoz, OpenTelemetry, etc.) is a plus.
